For Boy Scout Summer Camp: All participants staying overnight must turn in a completed BSA Health & Medical Record (Parts A, B, & C). A tetanus shot is also required within the past 10 years, unless there is a religious exemption. If you have a religious exemption, please send an email to reservations@baylakescamps.org. A form is required if an individual is requesting a religious exemption.
